About Jneva Rae
Award-winning public speaker, recording artist, founder, and educator Jneva Rae is the founder of No Limits to Your Voice Consulting, LLC, where she equips individuals with the tools to communicate confidently, present with purpose, and transform their impact.
Jneva Rae began her speaking journey in 2015 as a poet at United Christian Fellowship International Ministries and delivered her first sermon in 2016. These early experiences sparked her passion for helping others express themselves authentically and speak with confidence.
In 2018, she founded Women of Victory on the campus of Virginia State University, an organization dedicated to empowering women through faith, leadership development, and communication. That same year, she served as a student leader and preacher for United Campus Ministries, coaching peers in public speaking, testimony sharing, and leadership presence.
In 2022, Jneva Rae joined Toastmasters International and quickly distinguished herself, winning the Area, Division, and District 29 International Speech Contests the following spring and representing Northern Virginia in the region competition for the World Championship of Public Speaking. In 2025, she again captured Area and Division titles and placed second at the District 29 level to a World Champion finalist.
In 2024, she released her spoken-word album Overcomer, earning the Eboné Image Award for Arts from the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., using her artistry to inspire audiences to overcome fear and embrace their identity.

In 2020, Jneva Rae became an ordained minister and later served as Youth and Young Adult Pastor, where she provided spiritual mentorship alongside professional skill-building, empowering young adults to articulate their goals, advocate for themselves, and develop confidence in their voice.

In 2025, Jneva Rae officially founded Women of Victory Ministries, Inc., a 501(c)(3) faith-based nonprofit organization serving students on the campuses of Virginia State University, Norfolk State University, and Hampton University. Through mentorship, discipleship, and leadership development, the ministry has impacted hundreds of women, encouraging them to walk boldly in their God-given calling. In addition to her speaking and ministry work, Jneva Rae served as an instructor with the federal government, teaching effective communication and presentation skills to professionals, further reinforcing her expertise in developing confident communicators across diverse environments.
In 2026, Jneva launched No Limits To Your Voice Consulting, LLC, a consulting company dedicated to developing transformative speakers and empowering professionals to deliver impactful presentations. Through workshops, coaching, and speaking engagements, she helps clients build confidence, refine their message, and communicate with clarity and influence.
To date, Jneva Rae has been featured at more than 100 events, guiding audiences through practical strategies that strengthen executive presence, storytelling, and authentic communication.
At the heart of her work is a simple but powerful mission: helping others know their identity, discover their voice, and share their story.
